The Senior Manager of Partner Enablement & Growth for the CLEAR Verified team will drive strategic growth initiatives with key partners, revolutionizing identity verification processes to maximize revenue and expand into new verticals & opportunities.
What you'll do:
Drive the most innovative partnerships within CLEAR, breaking into new verticals and forging revenue-generating opportunities through contract signature, launch and renewal.
Lead large strategic partner engagements by fostering external relationships and driving executive alignment across C-suite stakeholders from Fortune 500 companies, with support including in-person meeting and conference attendance, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing marketing.
Develop and implement innovative processes to streamline partner onboarding and integration.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the identity verification space.
Maximize revenue through strategic planning and execution of partner initiatives.
How you'll measure success:
Expansion of partner portfolio within existing and new verticals.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners in the CLEAR Verified ecosystem, and retention of those relationships and partners.
Efficiency improvements in partner onboarding and integration processes.
Annual revenue generated from strategic partner engagements.
What you're great at:
Experience in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, particularly in the technology, financial services or identity verification industries.
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing opportunities within a partner ecosystem, particularly in upsells and expansion.
Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and lead initiatives that require collaboration across multiple departments.
Excellent project management, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to drive complex projects forward with a multitude of stakeholders & strong attention to detail.
Strategic sense and skills to see the big picture, but are also tactical enough to execute, own and operationalize deals on a day-to-day basis – a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks both big and small.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
