Senior Matrimonial Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Matrimonial Family Law Attorney or Partner with expertise in representing high-net worth individuals.
Our boutique firm in White Plains, NY (Hybrid) is looking for a dedicated professional to provide legal guidance and representation in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, and prenuptial agreements.

Responsibilities: Offer legal counsel and representation to clients in diverse family law cases.
Conduct thorough consultations to comprehend clients' needs, goals, and legal rights, and provide appropriate legal advice.
Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in family court hearings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.
Requirements: Minimum of 8+ years practicing family law in a law firm setting.
Expertise in matrimonial law, particularly working with high net-worth individuals.
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar and authorization to practice law in New York.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
