Senior Operations Manager

Our client, a growing multi-site food manufacturer and retailer that is searching for a Senior Operations Manager to foster an environment of trust and open communication and to create operational efficiencies.
This leader will be responsible for assisting in running the day-to-day operations, assuring that all safety, quality, and production objectives are met. We are looking for a collaborative individual that will engage their team, incorporate continuous improvement protocols and establish best practices within the facility.
This is a 24/5 facility that will allow you excellent potential for career growth while offering life balance.
The ideal person will have:
· 3-7 Years of experience in food manufacturing and operations.
· Bachelor's degree required.
· A proven record of leading operational teams and achieving strategic goals.
· Passion for and experience in implementing new processes and procedures.
· Knowledge of SQF, OSHA, USDA, FDA and state regulations.
· Experience coaching, mentoring, and building highly engaged production teams.
· Collaborative, but decisive; able to drive change and bring cross-functional groups together.
· P&L management experience.
