Bio/Pharm Patent Associate, Senior Attorney or Of Counsel Our client is a top firm, seeking a patent associate, of counsel or senior attorney for its Bio/Pharm Practice Group in Boston, MA, Washington, DC, Reston, VA, Palo Alto, CA, or Atlanta, GA. The firm will consider remote candidates who reside in one of the above locations. Qualifications At least 4-5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, due diligence, counseling, handing of large global portfolios, and conducting freedom-to-operate searches.Experience managing and training technical specialists and junior attorneys.Background in molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy, or antibodies is required; advanced degree in a related field is preferred.USPTO admission or eligibility to become admitted.State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
