DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team at Circle Medical Technologies.
As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team.
This position may be based out of our offices in San Francisco, California.
WHAT YOU WILL DOManage the product life cycle from discovery through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goalsDevelop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact and consumer insightsBreak down strategies and features into actionable user stories for the development teamAlign product strategy with OKRs and communicate progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive product developmentLead a data-driven development process, leveraging user research and analytics to inform decisionsCommunicate product releases and their impact to both internal teams and external stakeholdersWHAT YOU'LL BRINGAbility to quickly design and launch MVPs to validate hypothesesStrong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitativeAbility to prioritize resources and lead them for maximum impactAbility to estimate, deliver and measure impactStrong written and verbal communication skillsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEAt least 5 years of work experience and 3+ years as a product manager in B2C softwareDemonstrated impact in one or more of the following areas: consumer web apps, electronic medical records, support, and/or infrastructureExperience with healthcare or wellnessFamiliarity with development tools like Figma and GitHubWHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGEProven track record with other startups or VC-funded companiesStrong technical skills including SQLStrong Product Design or User-Experience Design skillsCompensation In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 USD plus generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits.
