About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our consumer-facing care-delivery platform.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to pioneer cutting-edge product experiences around delivering personalized, accessible, 24/7 care at scale, with a strong emphasis on user experience and patient engagement.
As a key member of our team, you will take full ownership of our patient-facing product initiatives, such as gathering and analyzing user feedback, understanding our patient's healthcare journeys, and translating their needs into product features that will increase utilization and engagement.

The ideal candidate would be able to work from our office in New York, but we are open to strong candidates who are remote.
What you'll be working on Lead the product strategy and execution of our patient-facing AI-driven solutions
Conduct user interviews and translate user insights into product features that increase patient engagement and utilization of our platform
Innovate on new product experiences that transform how virtual asynchronous care is delivered in order to create magical patient experiences Requirements Strong healthcare and product experience, ideally with 3+ years of senior PM experience at startups or high-growth companies
Familiarity with scaling consumer-facing products, engaging users, analyzing metrics, and conducting consumer interviews
Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end-users and large enterprise clients
