This is a remote role with minimal travel expectations, or a hybrid role for candidates local to Minneapolis/St Paul. Delivering the Total Expert experience through a system of intelligence combined with a system of action requires our platform to ingest, analyze and act on a tremendous amount of data.  Successful introduction of new sources of intelligence has driven our customers' thirst for insights and we're looking for an experienced product manager to lead our data evolution via a combination of new forms of reporting, data analytics, data infrastructure and ML/ AI efforts.  You'll work closely with our data teams in an agile environment to bring innovative solutions to our customers either directly or in combination with other application teams. The scope and impact of this role is significant. You will be responsible for transforming existing data strategies while introducing new ML/Gen AI powered analytical capabilities and priorities across them. Success in this role requires leading product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging large enterprise customers to understand their needs, developing long-term product strategy, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders (both pre-and post-launch) to ensure product success.   This role is in our product department and reports to the Senior Director, Product What You'll Do: ·Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use-cases for reporting, analytics, AI/ML and visualization capabilities within the Total Expert platform. ·Coordinate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to create and execute a data products strategy to support the overall platform, including identifying practical, business driven data science and machine learning applications. ·Scope of ownership: customer use cases specific to data lake warehousing, data visualization and customer insights driven through data analytics and AI/ML tools and practices.  ·Build personalized insights to guide financial institutions in how to best help their customers. ·Provide product ownership for one or more scrum teams, collaborating on discovery and delivery, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog and contributing to overall team success. ·Manage a roadmap including clear phases that regularly provide value to customers and aligns with the overall product strategy. ·Market research is critical. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify and prioritize the company's approach to data and reporting for customers in the industries we serve.  ·Clearly communicate rationale and tradeoffs for prioritized efforts to key stakeholders.  ·Deliver Sales and Support awareness training during development and release activities, in collaboration with Product Marketing, to ensure teams are prepared for product launches.  ·Foster a workplace with the highest moral and ethical standards to ensure Total Expert remains a feedback-rich environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity.  What We Look For: · 5+ years of SaaS product management experience. 2+ years of experience specifically building enterprise reporting capabilities · Educational background in computer science, data science, statistics, or relevant professional experience · A passion for solving customer problems and a strong desire to work directly with customers to identify opportunities and pain points · Experience creating business applications for data science and machine learning · Experience implementing or leading teams that implemented data warehouses and business intelligence tools · Demonstrable ability to lead transformative efforts · Thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity high growth culture · Excellent prioritization, communication and problem-solving skills  · Solid track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels of the organization  · Ability to work independently paired with a desire to learn and grow · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What Stands Out: · Understanding of the SaaS business model · Experience in the Financial Services industry · Experience working on SaaS CRM products Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
