As an Integration Consultant, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team owning the launch of our Human Capital Management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and providing excellent consulting services to our customers while ensuring the quality and excellence of requested integrations. Performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed-to solutions within budgeted hours.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Global Integration Team, you will work with a variety of members including implementation teams and the integration team to provide delivery and support of integration requirements for UKG Products.
Ability to communicate clearly in English and SpanishWork closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budgetAbility to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirementsAbility to assist Sales, Presales, or Services teams with integration discovery and scopingMust be comfortable working within a cloud-based environmentLead internal and external meetings with customers and vendorsManage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resourcesMaintain project management tools for all integration projectsParticipate in special projects to help improve and enhance the team's best practices and processesBasic Qualifications3 - 5 plus years of experience in a Professional Services consulting environmentDemonstrated communication skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent professional experienceExperience working with BoomiExperience in database querying, programming and web services, web transfer methods, file management, and cloud technologyPreferred Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in specialized functional areas (HRIS, Benefits, HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, etc.)Knowledge of HRIS Vendors such as ADP, Workday, UltiPro, Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Oracle Peoplesoft, etc.Development tools (source control, defect tracking tools, Postman, etc.)Diversity and InclusionUKG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, including the recruitment process.
