About the role:We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Internal Tools platform team. Your mission will be to empower our internal teams with tools that streamline workflows, drive data-informed decision-making, and improve the Patient and Provider experience. You'll partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, and Design to build intuitive, scalable, and cutting-edge tools, leveraging AI to further drive efficiencies. This is a new team at Headway, so it's a great opportunity not only to define the strategy for an area but also to build a team from the ground up. The ideal candidate is comfortable defining and executing a 0-to-1 strategy, passionate about building exceptional platforms for internal customers, and excited to explore the latest technology in the space.
