About the role
At DriveWealth, our Product Managers help bring our mission to life through the design, build, implementation, and iteration of tools that power financial independence.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Options offering, owning key delivery milestones and goals centered on product improvement and expansion.
Responsible for Ownership and accountability for the P&L of DriveWealth's options business Defining requirements for the options brokerage product, including external-facing features, customer experience, and back-end operational considerations Management of all third-party relationships across the options industry, including exchanges, market makers, clearing members, technology vendors, and OCC (Options Clearing Corporation) Development of sales and marketing materials and campaigns in conjunction with Business Development, Marketing, and Growth teams Identification, tracking, and analysis of key metrics that illustrate the performance of the options product Guiding partners and prospects through options, product exploration, and integration Refining and articulating DriveWealth's position on options, policies, opportunities, and any related recent events Consolidating feedback from internal stakeholders and partners on their experience to continuously improve our options offering Working closely with our project managers and engineering team to deliver a best-in-class options offering Qualifications Proven ability to design, implement and operate retail and/or institutional options brokerage capabilities An ability to roll up your sleeves, lead from the front and act as a 'player/coach', specifically for critical tasks such as defining product requirements.
Understanding of and comfort navigating trading and post-trade systems and workflows Experience overseeing and communicating across a cross-functional team in a matrixed environment.
You filter ambiguity and complexity and keep the core team focused on defined priorities and workstreams.
Excellent communication skills - proven ability to relay a complex narrative to a variety of internal and external stakeholders at the appropriate level A track record of successful engagement with external counterparts in the options industry, which can include partners (broker-dealer, retail or institutional), regulators, exchanges or clearing firms Embodiment of DriveWealth's Operating Principles, which include accountability, team work, transparency, urgency, and integrity.
FINRA Series SIE, 7 & 4 registrations, or a commitment to acquire within the first year of employment at DriveWealth (with support from your Manager) Must be in the NY office several days per week Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role.
These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

$185,000-$200,000 USD
