We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Outcomes to join our growing Product Management team. In this role, you will report to SVP and own the current and next generation of Innovid measurement solutions. We are open to candidates with all levels of experience - title is flexible based on experience. What You Will Do: Evolve and execute product strategy for the company's offerings related to awareness measurement. Help guide strategic direction for development of existing outcomes measurement solutions to expand Innovid's competitive advantage in omni-channel measurement product. Identify new opportunities for product monetization as well as enable further growth of existing awareness product line. Collaborate with global product peers. Leverage existing data assets and identify partnership and integrations to grow data assets. Influence pricing, packaging, go to market, and sales playbooks for Innovid measurement products. Work closely with business development to pursue high-value partnerships. Partner with a global, dedicated engineering team to design and build measurement & solutions that align with market needs and client expectations. Educate Innovid on industry trends and advancements related to user measurement, identity, privacy, and data management. Take an active role in transforming the TV industry on a global scale. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You Will Need: 10+ years in a product management or advertising technology measurement, or digital advertising TV role in an industry leading company. Keen interest and deep understanding of the ad technology landscape. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful software projects. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Great written and spoken communication skills; ability to speak to both business and technical audiences. Intellectual curiosity, passion for learning new technology, able to grasp market trends. Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional, end to end business success of a product offering. Experienced in lean, agile, iterative product development, with an emphasis on achieving business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation within a measurement business - an advantage. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive business decisions. Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (information systems, computer science, or any other engineering or scientific domain). MBA - an advantage. Some international travel required. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions.
