What You Will Do
As the Product Manager for the Platform Services team, you will play an important role in working on the Platform team that owns various business critical services.
This team works closely with all of our product teams to deeply understand their and our customer needs.
The team builds services including Groups, Billing, Slack integration, notification services, and more.
The unifying theme is technology that is leveraged by multiple Lattice teams and has the potential to increase positive customer and business outcomes.
You will own the product direction and strategy for this team working closely with the Engineering and Design team.
In this role, you will also:
Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area and drive execution.
Partner with leadership across our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to ensure we are developing our platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability Form strong cross-functional relationships across the organization including with our Go-to-market partners Synthesize internal and external customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business What You Will Bring to the Table
We are looking for someone who has experience and an interest in working on a platform and a combination of the following:
Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences 3+ years of progressive experience in product management Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges Employee-focus: you care deeply about the people on your team, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals, and enabling them to do their best work.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility.
You enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it.
Preferably, you have professional experience with multi-product, B2B SaaS applications
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $145,000 - $180,000.
This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans
