Description Lead personalization for the Apple TV app for TV, Movies, and Sports contentDrive customer delight and engagement by creating a more simple, more effortless TV viewing experienceBlend curation, algorithms, and new technologies to innovate how customers find what to watchBuild consensus with several cross-functional teams around both a long-term vision and short-term features that show measurable outcomesPartner with data science teams and align with business and editorial teams to set common metrics for successWrite clear and concise product requirements that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of new products and featuresWork with engineering teams to deliver features, validating with internal betas and AB testsCreate internal and external go-to-market messaging, socialize outcomes, and champion iterations for featuresTake strong positions based on evidence, but be willing to make smart compromisesMinimum Qualifications 8+ years of product experience in content personalizationExperience with the full product lifecycle, from vision and requirements to build, launch, marketing, analysis, iteration and sunsetStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify while keeping clarityAbility to independently create and deliver winning presentations and align diverse partners to a shared visionExpertise with product analytics, customer insights, and data storytellingFluency with experimentation and using AB testing for feature validationWillingness to travel between Apple offices as neededPreferred Qualifications Expertise in building media content personalization that blends the best of editorial and algorithmic curationAbility to thrive and drive decisions in a debate-focused environmentCapacity to do the right thing for customers while still meeting business goalsKnowledge of the competitive set and curiosity around evolving consumer trendsAn appreciation for design and an understanding of how UI drives discoveryPrior work experience or strong interest in digital media, sports and/or entertainmentFamiliarity with user experiences across screens, from TV to mobile to tabletExperience working on digital products with a global footprintApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
