The Amazon Business (AB) Acquisition team is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to manage the AB Outsourced Field Sales Acquisition channel for Amazon Business World Wide. The goal of the program is to provide support to prospective AB customers, educating them on the benefit of Amazon Business and setting them up for success to manage their procurement spend on AB. The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering results within sales organizations, possibly having launched or shaped new programs from scratch. Furthermore, the ideal candidate has a high degree of autonomy to identify customer pain points and business opportunities, to then partner with teams to develop solutions and drive projects forward.
Key job responsibilitiesIndirectly manage third-party agencies and a team of hundreds of agents WW to develop and operationalize field sales plans.Define use cases and roadmap in order to expand the prospect base we can process.Define the goals, priorities and success metrics, and develop the experimentation roadmap, in line with the long-term vision.Collect and analyze customer data to identify new opportunities to drive customer engagement.Create content and build mechanisms to educate agents and customers to ensure repeatable processes and effective change management.Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions globally.Drive learnings and insights, and apply for ongoing marketing measures or adjustments to the experimentation roadmap, and recommend scalable automated solutions.About the teamThe Amazon Business Small Business team blends different backgrounds, tenure, and cultures. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).Bachelor's degree.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA.5+ years of professional non-internship experience in sales operations and partner management.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
