The successful candidate will be in Southern California; GTS is adding Southern California Sr. Project Engineers focused on business development in transportation projects and multimodal transportation planning.
You will work remotely from home in this role but based in Southern California.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF...
Business development in the ITS industry and applying your technical expertise to projects.
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE...
Been successful in the Southern California market as a practice builder in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (consulting services) industry
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
Professional Engineer license (PE) of CA - preferred, not required
Extensive client contacts and relationships with the ITS industry
Passion for managing and mentoring staff and resources in a positive, collaborative environment
Partnered with the team to contribute to the success of the business
10+ years of experience successfully leading Southern California Transportation project pursuits, bringing your success in business development in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (consulting services) industry, including client engagement, marketing while contributing to the growth of the ITS practice in Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego, and surrounding markets
I have been part of additional activities, including managing the design and delivery of projects profitably while being actively involved in design issues, partnership with fellow Practice Builders, client engagement, and project oversight.
