Position Summary & Duties: The Senior Project Manager position is a direct-hire position working for HGA at our office in The Woodlands, TX.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple Oil & Gas projects, from concept to commissioning.
This role focuses on natural gas compression and treatment technologies.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
•Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
•Manage project budget, staffing, and timelines.
•Oversee the design and construction of pipelines, station piping, equipment foundations, tank farms, compressors, and related infrastructure.
•Analyze bids, make purchasing recommendations, and develop equipment/material specifications.
•Lead commissioning activities and provide technical support to meet project goals.
•Ensure adherence to quality assurance guidelines.
•Facilitate meetings and document key decisions.
•Track project progress and implement necessary changes.
•Conduct project evaluations and assessments.
Qualifications:
Senior Project Manager Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree in engineering related field is required.
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) is preferred.
•15+ years of project management experience in midstream oil & gas facility design/construction is required.
•Familiarity with industry codes/standards (CFR 192, API, ASME, OSHA, regulatory requirements, etc.
), safety regulations, and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Ariel Performance Software, Pipeline Toolbox, etc.)
is preferred.
•Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and financial management is needed.
•PMP certification preferred.
•Candidates should be located within daily commuting distance of The Woodlands, TX.
Mix of In-Office and Remote work will be allowed for highly qualified candidates.
