Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to oversee and manage our demolition and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcesOversee all aspects of project execution, including safety, quality, and progress trackingManage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as neededCommunicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure project successLead and mentor project teams to ensure high-quality project deliveryQualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in demolition and construction project managementJoC Experience requiredProven experience in estimating and budgetingExtensive knowledge of demolition/construction techniques and processesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
