This position supports the Department of Defense's mission to modernize and optimize cloud technologies, ensuring secure and reliable infrastructure across various enterprise systems.
In this role you'll support leading innovative cloud initiatives and complex IT projects that align with the broader defense goals, driving efficiency and cloud integration within multi-tenant environments.

What You'll Do:
* Lead large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Oversee the cloud migration process, working with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and project requirements.
* Manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion while interfacing with government stakeholders and providing detailed progress reports.
* Direct, coordinate, and manage the implementation of enterprise cloud vision and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with security and IA standards across all project deliverables.
* Lead a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and meeting performance targets.
Job Requirements:
* U.S.
Citizenship and NATO//SECRET clearance.
* Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* 10 years of managerial experience in DoD programs providing expert software O&M of enterprise systems.
* 5 years of experience in project management for government IT programs.
* 3 years of experience in managing complex systems in the last 5 years.
* PMP certification.
* 3 years of experience in defining cloud migration objectives and system architecture for enterprise cloud initiatives.
* 3 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects with commercial cloud providers (AWS or Azure) in multi-tenant environments.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.
Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
