We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our Ontario location.
We need candidates with experience with Residential/Single family and Multi Family, K-12 and Higher Education, as well as Commercial and Retail projects.

Possess a PE license Will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
Have at least 10-15 years of experience Represent firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare and finalize proposals Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training and employee performance Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
Other responsibilities include: Assist in business development for prospective clients Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back charges

Approved salary range, dependent on experience: $140,000 to $170,000
