Senior Real Estate Manager

[solidcore] is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to support the studio development team's objective of swift growth across the United States. This role will report to the Director of Real Estate and work with the greater [solidcore] teams on the annual NSO (new studio open) portfolio as well as various projects and initiatives to support the existing fleet of over 135 locations. This role will have an internal direct report(s), and should expect to travel 15-30% of the time.
\n Key Responsibilities:Manage and own the real estate pipeline for assigned territoriesPerform site research and analysis for all real estate sourced and/or accepted into pipelineManage and own the pipeline resource with critical information, dates and documentation; move sites through real estate diligenceCoordinate Real Estate Committee deliverables for executive team and cross functional partnersOwnership of LOI negotiationsLeadership and collaboration with legal team on lease negotiationsManaging all broker relationships (master and local) for assigned territoriesManaging landlord relationships through due diligence and permitting alongside the development teamManaging national institutional relationships; ensure [solidcore] is always the first callDevelop partnerships with other HQ functions including Legal, Operations, FP&A, and Marketing teamsPerform special projects in support of cross functional business functions as requestedEvangelist and steward of the [solidcore] brand in all professional settings Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Law, GIS, or related field of study applicable to role requiredPeople management and team lead experience requiredMinimum 3-5 years of multi-market deal making/leasing experience, directly or indirectly with retailers, required; class A/urban street retail asset experience preferredAbility to read, write and interpret legal documentsSelf-starter with high accountability and eagerness to learn quicklyStrong capability in balancing priorities against multiple deadlines Interest in continuously honing negotiation skillsStrength in analyzing large amounts of data and distilling into digestible and actionable recommendations for various stakeholdersUnderstands business performance and can action upon working with resources to create new insights for real estate and company strategiesPassionate about [solidcore], retail brands and/or retail real estate Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary range of $100,000.00-120,000.00 per year based on experienceMonthly cell phone stipendAnnual bonus eligibility based on performance401k with employer matchHealth, dental, & vision insuranceFlexible PTOFree drop-in classesAnd more!
