About the Role: As a Sr.
Sales Business Development Consultant at Conduent, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by utilizing your consultative sales expertise to secure new contracts and grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities: Initiating relationships and securing contracts with new customers that meet assigned sales quotas and targets.
Nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients through cross-selling new services and collaborating with Account Management to promote new capabilities and services within existing accounts.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing deals.
Evaluating prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales opportunities.
Engaging with prospects about their business challenges and requirements, as well as presenting the range of options and cost benefits of each.
Effectively presenting to senior managers and decision-makers.
Crafting and delivering compelling proposals.
Collaborating with technical staff and product specialists as needed to address customer requirements.
Developing and maintaining territory plans outlining how sales targets will be consistently met.
Partnering with Account Management to create key account plans, identifying opportunities and strategic motivators.
Collaborating with solutions leaders to enhance service delivery focus and align with Conduent's offerings.
Recommending and initiating improvements to sales and marketing operations.
Ensuring accurate and timely use of a robust CRM to track pursuit activities and solution details.
Providing timely submission of progress reports, forecasts, quotations, and pipeline development efforts.
Supporting the development of marketing plans to appeal to a global customer base, aiding in sales and profit objectives.
Participating in both product and pipeline development strategy sessions.
Requirements: 5+ years of Tolling Sales or Industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets, develop new business, and grow existing accounts.
Proven experience in tolling sales and a background in selling solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Proficiency in building and nurturing trusted relationships with tolling leaders.
Possess an established network of contacts and relationships within the market.
Advanced knowledge of BPO Sales and relationship management processes.
10+ years of proven experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide sales and account management.
Staying informed about macroeconomic factors, media coverage, market trends, and changes to create successful customer engagements.
Ability to collaborate with delivery organizations to provide added value.
Skill in uncovering new opportunities within large accounts.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong desire for success.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $141,750 - $189,000.
This is a base salary + commission position.
