About the Role Join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries of robotics and autonomy technology in Agriculture. As part of the Software Services Team, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our cloud infrastructure to support APIs, data processing pipelines, and data storage systems. These systems enable reliable connectivity between fleets of vehicles, operators, and user applications to enable a seamless and easy to use experience in the management and execution of autonomous operations in agriculture.
What You'll Do Own the architecture and operations of our cloud infrastructure.Work with engineering teams to plan, implement, and deploy services at scale to support our growing fleet of vehicles, services, and customers.Continuously evaluate and optimize the platform's architecture to meet evolving business needs and ensure high levels of scalability and security.Manage CI/CD pipelines to support developers to test and deploy various cloud software systems.Own and manage cloud infrastructure cost and capacity planning.Support vulnerability scanning, pen testing, and incident response for all cloud services.What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience building infrastructure for scalable web services.Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation).Deep knowledge of the various service offerings from AWS, GCP, or Azure and understanding of which services are best suited for specific application needs.Experience with Node.js, Serverless services (e.g., Lambda, Aurora, Fargate, API Gateway), MySQL/DynamoDB, Containerization (e.g., Docker, Fargate, EKS).Experience with building data pipelines and workflow automations using Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or similar.A passion for learning. You fearlessly dive into new and unfamiliar technologies.What Makes You a Strong Fit Experience building and operating observability stacks (e.g., ELK, TICK, Prometheus).Deep knowledge of AWS services and best practices for various service needs.Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.Experience owning a highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure.Understanding of system security and data protection.Salary $160,000 - $190,000 a year
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $190,000 + equity + benefits + unlimited PTO.
