Our client is hiring a fullstack engineer that will play a central role in defining the processes and technologies we'll use to build applications and services for the next generation of contractors. As an early member of the team, you will also help shape the culture and working norms. This is a perfect role for engineers with a founder's mindset.
ResponsibilitiesScope and lead new mission-critical features end-to-endDesign and implement new processes and systems enhancing our entire engineering organization's productivityBe involved and provide input in product and strategic decision-makingTech stackReact, React Native, Node/Express, MongoDB, Render, Check, Stripe (Issuing, Treasury)
Candidate requirements5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a fast-growing technical SaaS companyExperience in fast-paced startup environment; thrives in ambiguity and enjoys making decisions independentlyExperience implementing user feedback, strong product/user orientationTake a modular approach to building infrastructure and servicesExperience designing frontend UIs and backend APIsExperience leading development of large and complex technical productsThe salary range is $170,000 - $300,000
