Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a senior full stack developer to help us build new products and scale our infrastructure from the ground up. As a fast-growing health tech startup, we're looking for a candidate who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work on projects ranging from dev ops to bug fixes to new product build. A good candidate is a fast learner, an analytical problem solver, organized and an excellent communicator.
7+ years of software development experience Bachelor's Degree or higher Experience working in our tech stack: Serverless Framework, SQL Server RDS, Postgres, AWS Lambda, S3, .NET 6, C#, React, Typescript and Java script. Experience with any UI automation framework (Puppeteer, Cypress or Selenium) Experience with X12 EDI Standards (270/271, 278) Experience working in HIPAA and SOC2 Type II compliant company Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend EHR systems Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with teammates Interest and curiosity in tackling interoperability in U.S healthcare Must be available to work in EST time zone Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment, actively participating in all Agile ceremonies. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, monitor application performance, and implement solutions to improve system reliability. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and fostering a culture of quality and knowledge sharing. Develop and implement unit and automation tests, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure robust software delivery. Mentor and coach junior engineers, assisting in skill development and onboarding to promote team growth and collaboration.
