Job DescriptionAnalog and Connectivity Business Unit (A&C) is looking for a Staff Test Engineer to join our team to drive the test development of state-of-the-art Ultra-Wideband (UWB) product line. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work with a cross-functional team to bring a product to volume production starting from product conception to production release. The job scope includes, but is not limited to, development of the test plan to ensure datasheet specifications are met. Design and debug Test SW and HW. Collaborate with multi-functional teams such as Design, Product, Applications and the OSAT teams during first silicon debug and release to production.
Key Responsibilities: Conception and definition of innovative and efficient test strategies for our mixed-signal ICs in close collaboration with our design teams and Design for Test DepartmentDesign and development of both software and hardware for our state-of-the-art mixed-signal automated test systemsSupport Design verification and silicon characterization in co-operation with design team and product engineeringImplementation, correlation and release of a reliable test solution at our OSATs and support of mass production rampMaintenance and improvement of production test setups during product lifetimeDrive technical innovation in the departmentProvide a leadership role for the development projectMentor, guide, and train junior staff membersQualifications7+ years' experience in test engineering. A strong analog circuit background is a must. Familiarity with RF testing would be a plusFamiliarity with ATE tester platforms (eg. Teradyne J750, Advantest 93K, iFlex and uFlex)Knowledge of analog and mix-signal circuitry and the common building blocks, device physics, test methodology and DFT knowledgeExperience with common lab test equipment (DC power supply, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters etc). Bench characterization experience is a plusStrong programming skills in writing and debugging test programs. Competency in programming with scripting languages such as Perl/Python and high level languages such as C/C++ and JavaExperience in Semiconductor Test MethodologiesRobustness of the test solution with knowledge of GRRWork on KPIs that are test related eg. TTRStrong verbal and written communication skillsA good team player.
