Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

American Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to guide talent acquisition efforts across our global operations.
This role is critical in managing the recruitment lifecycle and working with our leadership team to drive organic team growth.
The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in executing our talent strategy, ensuring a diverse and robust candidate pipeline, and enhancing our employer brand.


Key Responsibilities: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced and executive-level positions within the global team.
Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations, collaborating with hiring managers, the HR/talent team, and adhering to company budgets.
Focus on process development, creating best practices for the recruitment process, and driving continuous improvements.
Manage 20-40 open roles annually Talent Pipeline Management - Build, nurture, and maintain diverse candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Utilize job boards, social media, AI tools, and networking strategies to attract potential candidates, including passive candidates not actively seeking new opportunities.
Anticipate hiring needs and proactively pipeline candidates for future roles within American Global.
Address complex recruitment challenges, using significant judgment based on experience and insights to provide expert advice to hiring managers.
Ensure an equitable and inclusive recruitment process, acting as an accountability partner for D&I initiatives.
Enhance American Global's employer brand by maintaining a positive presence on social media and other platforms, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications: 7-10 years of proven experience in global recruitment, particularly within insurance, surety, or financial services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, process improvement, and employer branding.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.


*Salary range for this position starts at $150,000 and is commensurate with experience.
