Senior Tax Director

Our client is a public accounting firm. They are looking for a Senior Tax Director to join our Melville, NY office.

Responsibilities Lead as direct contact to client and manage all aspects of client accounts Produce effective consulting, planning and compliance for your clients Document tax issues and identify areas of opportunity and improvement Research accuracy of tax returns and minimize tax liability for your clients Grow client base and supports business development activities Manage timeliness and completeness of projects Supervise, train and mentor staff and provide coaching on their chosen career path Requirements Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred 2+ years of tax accounting experience Public, private or combo background Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of office required Knowledge of Prox, Caseware, and Go File Room is preferred CPA certification preferred Job ID # 63981
