What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage reporting, analytics, and research solutions portfolios across business units
Serve as a subject matter expert in reporting/analytics, driving initiatives and solutions
Lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams to implement reporting/analytics solutions
Mentor consultants and analysts, creating tactical work plans for projects
Provide input on identifying future trends and needs in technology and analytical solutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or healthcare related subject
6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and health services research
Project management skills with the ability to work efficiently with diverse teams
Knowledge of health plan and delivery system operations, informatics, and healthcare benefits
Understanding of health care industry operations, business processes, and revenue models

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Extensive experience in SQL, SAS, and Payor side operations
Experience working as a liaison between AO, IT, and business units
Strong ability to drive AO lenses in system implementation
Proficiency in developing complex metric reports and performing QA for regulatory reports
