At Restaurant365, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions with an emphasis on product and software engineering roles throughout all levels within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to take ownership of full cycle recruiting and contribute to the growth and success of a thriving company.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruiting, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates. You will be a key player in shaping our hiring processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 
\n Why Restaurant365?Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers for various roles across the company. Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, networking, social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (Lever) to build a strong talent pipeline. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and people business partners to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruiting strategies. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates from first contact through to the offer stage, providing clear communication and feedback throughout the process. Interviewing & Assessments: Conduct interviews, utilizing structured interview techniques to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role. Employer Branding: Help promote the company's employer brand by engaging with candidates, attending job fairs, and leveraging social media and networking channels. Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire) and provide regular updates to hiring managers and senior leadership on the status of open requisitions. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process, identifying areas for greater efficiency, candidate engagement, and overall success. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions to inform recruiting strategies and offer competitive advantages.  What You'll Do8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including technical, non-technical, and senior-level roles. 5+ years recruiting for product and software engineering roles.  Strong sourcing and networking skills, with proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms. Expertise in interviewing techniques, including behavioral and competency-based interviewing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers. Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and deadlines simultaneously. Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience. Compensation & BenefitsThis position has a salary range of $116,000-$145,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
