CSG Services provides support and extended warranty services, managed deployment, enterprise installation, and configuration services for both Enterprise and Client customers.
It is one of the most strategic and profitable organizations in the company and is currently growing.
CSG Services is made up of global operations teams to include customer service, supply chain, professional services, marketing and sales operations teams, finance, engineering, and more.
These roles are located in our Round Rock, Tx and Oklahoma City, Ok offices.

As a Senior Technician, you will be resident problem-solver, providing front-line support for a game changing, enterprise-wide support service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions to help our customers.
You will have the opportunity to partner with our highly skilled technical advisors, who provide solutions to our customer's most complex issues.
You can be a hero by being the first person to resolve our customers IT issues, but you will have the backing of our technical support team as the complexity of issues increases.

You will Collaborate with peers, team leads, engineers, and third-party vendors to resolve customer issues, maintaining complete ownership of issues from beginning to resolutionFollow up with customers to ensure accurate resolution for their technical issuesDocument problems, diagnostics, interactions, next steps, and solutions implementation in a CRM toolProvide an extraordinary customer service experienceTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements Associate degree (2-year colleges), Bachelor's degree (4-year universities)Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with proven experience interacting with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organizationAble to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures, and grasp technical conceptsMust have a passion for learning and demonstrable intellectual curiosityAble to manage competing demands, multiple priorities, while remaining adaptable and flexibleDesirable requirements: 1 to 2 years' experience"To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status". Compensation  Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this position is $55,665-$71,128 depending on location.
