IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.Experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).Experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).Experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX and Cisco FinesseExperience working on Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Voice Gateways and SIP Trunking.Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.IT experience supporting eFax solution (Biscom)Experience supporting wallboards (Atea)Understanding of Call Recording (Calabrio) and call monitoring solutions.
