The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a wide range of community-based behavioral health and addiction services, including crisis intervention, stabilization, and various programs for both adult and child mental health and substance use disorders.
The SVP will be accountable for the effective integration of services, the development and implementation of new programs, and ensuring the financial and operational performance of all contracts.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to engage with policymakers and external stakeholders.
The SVP will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and must be able to pass a background check.
This role requires a leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' experience in managing or overseeing behavioral health and/or addiction services, as well as providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates for the SVP position at the company should have a sophisticated knowledge of the healthcare system, including policy issues and market dynamics, and a proven track record in strategic thought leadership in behavioral health and addiction service delivery.
The role demands a leader with expertise in financial management practices, public and private funding sources, and a data-driven approach to managing performance.
Experience in building and overseeing behavioral health education programs is preferred, as is clinical experience in managing services for populations with significant medical, social, and behavioral health complexity.
