Position Overview:

4media group is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our Influencer Sales team. The right individual will be a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director and will be tasked in leading our Influencer Sales team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing our sales strategy, building and managing high-performing teams, and driving growth in our influencer marketing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. This ideal candidate will also come from an existing influencer agency or within the industry with a solid depth of client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the influencer marketing sector.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive new client acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored influencer marketing solutions that meet client needs and drive growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Represent 4media group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
In addition, we expect all 4media group team members to:
Serve the 4media group brand and work as an ambassador for the group within the industry.
Be a positive and forward-thinking influence within the company.
Constantly work to better improve the business in any way possible.
Be a positive role model and mentor to other members of 4media group.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
