As a Senior Visual Designer, you will craft engaging on-brand experiences for a mobile app, sales app, and website. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling and impactful visual content. As a Sr. Visual Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to deliver visually stunning and effective designs that elevate our brand and engage our customers. What you'll do as a Senior Visual Designer: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of mediums, including websites, and mobile applications. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX/UI designers, to conceptualize and execute design projects. Collaborate with Product Designers (UX/UI) to ensure that visual design enhances user experience and functionality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest new ideas and improvements to keep our designs fresh and innovative. Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and use by the team. What you'll bring to the Senior Visual Designer role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative work across various mediums. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools. Strong creative skills with keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and composition. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
