Minimum education: minimum completed bachelors degree required Minimum experience level: completed Bachelors and 5+ years professional experience or completed Masters and 3+ years Windows 10, Server 2016, Server 2019, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (preferred but primarily Windows shop), Cisco IOS management.
Strong virtual machine management Strong Active Directory management (Group Policy Management, building domain controllers from scratch) PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server Update Services.
Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (NIST/DISA/etc.)
Secure computing, knowledge of system hardening techniques, including Security Technical Implementation Guidelines.
Experience with System Architecture Design and server builds Preferred Qualifications Active Top-Secret Clearance.
Knowledge of DevSecOps processes and principles Candidate must be able and willing to obtain and maintain DoD Directive 8570.1 IAT Level II compliance within 6 months of hire (list of applicable certs): CompTIA Security+ CE GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Key Responsibilities System Architecture design (compute, hardware/virtual, OS, storage, networking, security).
