Prefer one (1) or more years of serving experience in a high volume fine dining restaurantA valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this positionMust have an outgoing personality and hospitality driven attitudeMust be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a timeMust be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
