Position Summary:

As a Server at Larks Entertainment, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time.
You'll be responsible for providing attentive, efficient, and friendly service across our shuffleboard courts, arcade, bar, restaurant, and patio areas.
Your goal is to enhance the guest experience by delivering high-quality service and fostering a welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information about our shuffleboard games, arcade options, food and drink offerings, and special promotions.
Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders, suggest menu items, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly, ensuring that all orders meet our quality standards.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and management to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
Guest Interaction: Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere by interacting with guests, answering questions, and handling any issues that arise with professionalism and courtesy.
Cleanliness and Organization: Keep work areas, tables, and the patio tidy and organized.
Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and check IDs as required.
Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a server or similar role in a high-energy environment is preferred but not required.
We're willing to train the right candidates.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of food and beverage pairings, and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Attributes: Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and handle a high volume of orders.
