POSITION OVERVIEW Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle and customer info for repairs and invoicing. Accurately document vehicle issues, concerns, and maintenance needs. Confirm payment methods, purchase orders, and estimates at write-up. Build customer relationships through updates on vehicle status and work explanations. Understand and communicate manufacturer warranty guidelines and policies. Ensure vehicles are parked correctly, locked, tagged, and keys are stored properly. Requirements SKILL, TRAINING AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Recommended 2 years of Service Advising/Writing Experience. High degree of product and technical knowledge of service maintenance. Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer. Self-motivated with exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. SCHEDULE:
