We're seeking a future team member for the role of Service Director to join our Securities Services and Digital Business. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a HYBRID position.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs and expectations.Leads team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to clients.Provide strong client governance.Focus on continuous service improvements across all products and services.Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business and model.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is required.7-10 years of total work experience preferred.Experience in servicing clients in the insurance, corporate or financial industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.#LI-HybridAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
