Servicenow Business Analyst-W2

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: BA or BS degree in either Business or Technical field Extensive (5+ yrs) technical knowledge / certifications of the ServiceNow Platform including: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) CMDB / CSDM data models Service Catalog / Service Portal ServiceNow SDLC (management of Stories, Epics, Defects, etc.) 10 + years of technology experience preferred 8+ years of experience acting as a Business Analysis working with enterprise application(s) supporting 20K+ user base Excellent communication skills & the ability to develop clear written materials. Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, vision to senior leadership to reach consensus Helpful to have ServiceNow Admin Certification. Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge) Ability to manage vendor relationships ServiceNow has many modules in it, client is expecting ITSM is the most common module They're looking for a BA within the ServiceNow ITSM space – Must be VERY strong with the ITSM Moule Must have major enterprise experience (10,000-20,000 users). Should be good with CMDB/CSDM Data models Should be good with Service Catalog/Service Portal Should have ITIL Certification, either v3 or v4 Must have excellent communication skills – Should be able to manage vendor relationships They are not building new, but enhancing what is already there.
