Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified leads • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Lead Generation • Lead Follow Up • Database • Prospect absentee owner properties • Network with short-term rental owners Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Coachable • Sales experience • Commission opportunity Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
