We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Junior Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies for Retail Reinvented and our client accounts. You will be working directly with the CEO and with the Marketing team to create content, acquire targeted site traffic, and deliver directly attributed ROAS along with other KPIs.
\n Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage social media strategy for multiple brandsDefine the most important social media KPIsManage and oversee social media contentMeasure the success of every social media campaignStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesUse social media marketing tools such as SocialPilotWork with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealingCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teamsBuild a social media team with channel specializations Requirements and Qualifications5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar roleSocial Media Strategists using social media for brand awareness and impressionsExcellent knowledge of Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practicesUnderstanding of SEO and web traffic metricsExperience with doing audience and buyer persona researchStrong understanding of social media KPIsMUST have strong technical skills and be capable of working indepedently to learn and adopt new systems, optimize campaigns and work with the technical project manager to achieve department goals
