Key Responsibilities:

oThe primary and majority function of this job is to manage a team.
oDesign, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products (both internal and external) with focus on surpassing customer expectations, on achieving high quality and on-time delivery.
oResponsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism.
oAbility to understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Creates, documents, and executes software designs which may involve significant re-architecture of important systems, defining and coordinating implementation of wide-reaching impacts.
oHas comprehensive and diversified knowledge of methods and practices in broad areas of the customers' industry. Acts as Technical Lead of projects that span multiple products. Sets the technical direction for more than one area of a product.
oSought out by others to solve their most complex of technical problems.
oAbility to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and roadblocks.
oAbility to make informed decisions under pressure, considering technical feasibility and business impact.

Skills and Abilities Required:
oStrong leadership skills - Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.
oStrong analytical and organizational skills
oExpert knowledge of SLC, SAFe Agile and other life cycle methodology
oMinimum 10 years of software development experience in the technologies like client/server architecture, C++, Java, Web technologies
oMinimum 5 years of experience in leading product development team
oExpertise in Teamcenter or other PLM products preferred
oExposure to developing and operating cloud solutions
oDeep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
oKnowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
oUnderstanding of cloud security principles, encryption, and vulnerability management
oBachelors/Masters degree in Engineering

The salary range for this position is $126,100 to $227,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
