Solution Architect - AI, Automation & Process MiningPTC is looking for a skilled and visionary AI, Automation Solution Architect who can lead our company's functional productivity powered by AI, automation solutions. You will explore and develop ways to apply AI, ML, LLMs, RPA and process mining solutions to solve real-world challenges in business and operations, shape our technology strategy, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery of AI powered automations that will enhance PTC's functional efficiency. Responsibilities: Spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking projects in collaboration with Process architects, Automation developers & IT, leveraging advanced AI, ML, RPA & process mining technologies.Exhibit an unyielding commitment to innovation, playing a pivotal role in propelling projects to successful completion while upholding the highest standards of excellence.Lead and cultivate strong functional partnerships, guiding the integration of state-of-the-art AI/ML, automation, and data analytics solutions tailored to the unique needs of the business functions.While prior expertise in AI and ML is highly valued, an eagerness to continually expand knowledge and expertise in these domains is essential to stay at the forefront of evolving technologies.Apply process mining & process discovery techniques to find process efficiencies and automation opportunities.Support the integration of advanced natural language processing techniques, such as Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), into RPA workflows.Lead PoC efforts to showcase AI feasibility and value. Translate PoC results into production-ready pilots.Build hyper automation solutions leveraging RPA, Document Processing, AL & ML.Demonstrate proficiency in generative AI techniques, including familiarity with LLM models.Develop and implement Generative AI models, including LLMs and RAG, to build conversational AI & automation.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.7+ years of proven experience in architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Automation solutions using emerging technologies (RPA, document processing, ML, AI).1+ year of experience in AI development using LLMs, GPT models and Azure AI.1+ year experience in prompt engineering considering user intent, context, and reasoning.Proven experience in frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel, vector databases. OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Search, MS Azure OpenAI services.Knowledge of ChatGPT/Copilots, machine learning, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.Familiarity with AIOps, MLOps, including CI/CD, model training or testing, deployment, and monitoring.Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with data engineers, data scientists, and automation developers.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Java.Hands on experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate.Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI.Certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, AA Master Certifications are preferred.Effective communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.If you share our passion for problem-solving through innovation, you'll likely become just as passionate about the PTC experience as we are.
