About the Job: Location: Arlington VA/Houston TX (Hybrid - 2-3 days in a week) We are seeking a dynamic Sourcing/Procurement Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement initiatives, organizing and executing savings workshops, driving process and policy improvements, and supporting the development of procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities: · Manage and oversee initiatives and projects to address problems and improve processes.
· Organize and execute cross-functional savings workshops to align procurement activities with organizational goals
· Support the development, implementation, and presentation of comprehensive procurement strategies.
· Drive continuous process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
· Support procurement category managers to improve supplier collaboration
\n What an ideal candidate bring to Fluence:Desire to make energy storage more cost effective to enable us to transform the way we power our world Bachelor's degree and 2-3 year of work experience Strong project and program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, proven experience in supply chain or a related field is a plus Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement. Ability to work collaboratively across function in a team environment
