Speech Language Pathologist Needed In High Ridge, MO

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in High Ridge, MO. As a contracted Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication and swallowing needs.
Provide therapy services in various settings, including schools, clinics, and/or homes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapy goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, progress reports, and billing information.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
