Sr. Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and experience in managing financial processes and audits.


\n ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and regulatory agencies.Supervision: Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, including assigning tasks, training, and providing support.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure company goals are met.General Ledger: Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring proper recording of transactions and account balances.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Month-End and Year-End Closing: Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financials are accurate and completed on time.Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and assist with the preparation of necessary documentation.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational efficiency and proper liquidity.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in accountingSkills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
