About the jobWe are seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our AnazaoHealth business in Tampa, FL. This role will support our Health and Wellness business line and report to the Business Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting functions.Assist with Internal and External Audit requests.Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.Support inventory accounting processes including book to physical adjustments, inventory reserves and physical inventory audits or observations.Provide support and guidance to junior members of the finance team.Contribute to the elaboration and processing of the balance sheets and financial overviewsEvaluate capital projects and enter them in the Capex system to route for approval.Understand key business unit operating metrics/drivers and measure performance to established metrics.Other duties as assigned Set yourself apartBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance senior roles.ERP System expertise required; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, macros, etc.Solid team player with the ability to work independently in a confident, deliberate and productive manner.Ability to research issues and arrive at logical well-documented analysis and conclusions.Effective verbal and written communicator with both financial and non-financial individuals.
