The Administrative Assistant performs administrative tasks in support of the business.
Tasks include managing calendars, handling information requests and incoming calls, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and welcoming visitors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greets visitors/guests and guides them to the designated meeting area.
* Assists with various business projects
* Coordinates calendars by scheduling meetings, conference calls and resources and adjusting thereto when necessary.
* Coordinates logistics for seminars and retreats.
* Prepares meeting agendas and attends meetings to take minutes/notes and to follow up on actions to be taken, tasks to be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Demonstrates the understanding of what it means to keep information confidential.
* Must demonstrate the organization's core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm's culture.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* 1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.

The starting pay is $51,300 -$76,800 salary.
Salary is negotiable upon time of offer.
