Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Engineer with extensive expertise in RF and antenna technology to drive the design and testing of cutting-edge RF and antenna modules. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of microwave and antenna engineering, including hands-on experience with prototyping and testing. You will lead simulation efforts for antenna design, oversee prototype testing, and manage the creation of test plans, setup configurations, and reporting. Effective collaboration with various engineering teams is essential to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop RF and antenna systems for specialized communication products.
- Optimize a range of antenna types for specific applications and performance goals.
- Employ simulation tools to analyze, refine, and enhance antenna designs.
- Prepare detailed design documentation to facilitate manufacturing processes.
- Create and manage comprehensive test plans and setups for design verification.
- Conduct and oversee testing in RF lab facilities, including test automation.
- Generate detailed test reports and lead design reviews with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Support the production and scaling of prototypes to meet project requirements.
- Provide in-depth technical analysis and specifications for advanced antenna systems, including beamforming components. Required Qualifications - Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with a focus on antenna research.
- Extensive experience in antenna design, including phased arrays.
- Deep understanding of antenna principles and microwave theory.
- Proficiency with antenna design and simulation software.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and methodologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies for cost-effective antenna production.
- Experience in designing advanced phased array antennas and related components.
- Knowledge of PCB-based radiators and commercial microwave materials is advantageous.
